Returns
Due to the unique and handmade nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at artrajkovski@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund your purchase. To process this:
1. Contact us at artrajkovski@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide a description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
Once we receive your information, we will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• A replacement cannot be provided for the damaged or defective item.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items

Cancellations
​
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at artrajkovski@gmail.com. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the artwork has already been shipped or created.
